How I think about this work

"I'm not a coach who's never coached. Not a consultant who's never carried a number. Not an enablement person who's never run a team."

I started in the seat. Cold calls, multi-threaded sequences, objection handling. 4x President's Club in four years. The fundamentals are never theoretical for me.

Then I ran the teams. 64 reps across regions, built one from scratch, ran global enablement for 100+ reps across three continents. I know what breaks at scale because I broke it first.

I build infrastructure that scales: hiring profile, onboarding program, manager coaching operating rhythm, forecasting layer, the outbound system that ties it all to pipeline and revenue.

This site exists for the BDR who wants to get sharper, the manager who wants to coach better, the enablement leader who wants frameworks that ship, and the sales leader tired of programs nobody adopts.

    Klaviyo

    • Running global BDR performance + enablement across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC. 100+ reps, three time zones, one operating rhythm.
    • Rebuilt onboarding from scratch. Ramp dropped 36%, qualified meetings climbed ~20% in every region.
    • Pushed AI-assisted prospecting past 86% adoption without nuking activity. The trick was making it useful, not mandatory.

    • Inherited the Americas SDR org. Cut ramp 30%, lifted connect-to-meeting 15–20%, made coaching a calendar event managers actually showed up for.
    • President's Club for the trouble.

    • Built the outbound function from a blank doc to 16 reps, a Director, and 2 Managers in under two years.
    • SDR-sourced pipeline went from 0% to ~25% of company total. They gave me Innovator of the Year. I gave them a real GTM engine.

    • 4x President's Club at QuotaFactory. The seat where I learned that good outbound is a craft, not a volume problem.
    • Then started building the systems other reps ran on. Playbooks, qualification standards, the boring stuff that prints pipeline.
