✦ BlogOnboarding Ends on Day 30. Ramping Doesn't
And the gap between those two things is quietly wrecking your pipeline. A 3-gate ramp system.
For BDRs who want to book meetings, leaders who want to coach better, and the enablement people keeping it all from falling apart. Everything I wish I'd had earlier.

[ Receipts, not opinions ]
Screenshot these. AirDrop them to the VP who still grades reps on dial count. The whole site is built around what these numbers quietly admit out loud.
[ Smarter Outbound Tools ]
New tools ship every few weeks. If you've got one you wish existed, tell me - I'll probably build it before my next coffee.

The only sales podcast I actually finish. No filler, no hype, just reps that close.

The community I'd point any GTM operator toward. Quiet ops conversations, no theater.

[ Who's behind this ]
15+ years in BDR land - from picking up the phone as a rep to leading global enablement at Klaviyo (with stops at Dynatrace, TIBCO, and Silk for good measure). I build the systems, plays, and coaching that turn "we need more pipeline" into "where do you want the meeting." Everything here is pulled from that work, not from a LinkedIn carousel I made on Sunday.

“Meghan is someone that is going to give everything she has, day in and day out. Her ability to effectively lead a team in such a way where you are inspired to get work done and exceed your quota is contagious.”
